No hidden extras. These are the fees on Bellver's official price list.
Bellver is open that these fees are higher than a typical bank card. The top-up fee is what funds the commissions and monthly rewards, which is why this card can earn for you and an ordinary one cannot.

Optional. Have your name printed on your card.
Shipping, physical only
$85 to Europe, $149 to the rest of the world. Virtual cards have no shipping fee.
Upgrade, pay the difference
Start where you are comfortable and move up whenever you like.
- Pay only the difference between your current level and the new one. Basic to Business costs $391.
- Keep the same card. An upgrade is not a new order, so there is no new shipping cost. Only your limits change.
- Rewards are not back-dated. Basic earns no monthly rewards, and what you could have earned before upgrading is not paid later.
Which level should you choose?
- Basic, $99: you mainly want the card and are happy with $1,000 a day.
- Premium, $270: the minimum Bellver recommends if you want monthly rewards.
- Business, $490: the most popular choice. Deeper rewards, and three Business referrals cover its cost.
- Gold, $990: the highest limits and the only level that can reach 18 to 20 reward levels.

Each person who orders through your link pays you a one-time commission. Run your own numbers.
Example from Bellver: buy Business for $490, refer three people who also choose Business ($200 each) and your card has paid for itself with $110 to spare.
