Last Updated: February 2026
Our Commitment
MTG is committed to responsible, permission-based communication. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages and we respect your right to control how and when you receive communications from us.
Permission-Based Communication
We only communicate with individuals who have:
- Voluntarily contacted us via WhatsApp, social media, or other channels
- Explicitly requested information about Aurum Foundation or related topics
- Opted in to receive messages, updates, or notifications from us
We never purchase contact lists, harvest phone numbers or email addresses from third parties, or send bulk unsolicited messages through any channel.
WhatsApp Communications
Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp requesting information (such as Zoom presentation links), you consent to receive relevant responses and follow-up messages related to your inquiry. You can stop receiving messages at any time by sending "STOP" or simply letting us know you no longer wish to be contacted.
Social Media
We maintain active profiles on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Content shared on these platforms is public and subject to each platform's terms of service. We do not send unsolicited direct messages on social media unless a user has initiated contact or explicitly requested communication.
Unsubscribe and Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of any communication from MTG at any time. To do so:
- Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message
- Message us directly requesting removal from communications
- Block or unfollow our social media profiles
We honor all opt-out requests promptly and typically within 24 hours.
Regulatory Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with applicable anti-spam regulations including CAN-SPAM Act (United States), CASL (Canada), GDPR (European Union), PECR (United Kingdom), and POPIA (South Africa). Where local regulations impose stricter requirements, we follow the stricter standard.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received unsolicited communication from MTG or someone impersonating MTG, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +27 72 171 4626. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
